Traditional chiropractic, as most envision it, involves the manual manipulation (“twisting and popping”) of the spine. At Limitless, the central focus of our practice is a state-of-the-art technique, called the “Torque Release Technique” which is affected through the use of a very discreet hand-held spring-loaded device. An integral part of this process is to assess the nervous system to evaluate its functionality, and to identify any compromises of function resulting from “subluxations.” From there, TRT’s precisely-targeted gentle-yet-specific adjustments restore proper nerve function allowing the body to heal itself from the inside out.
